Chalet Management

We chose Dave and Ali Williams to run and manage our chalet because of their experience, professionalism and conscientious approach.

Based in nearby Grimentz, Dave and Ali are committed to the smooth running of the chalet and ensuring your holiday is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

The services of their catering and concierge  company Valet d’ Anniviers  are available to all our guests and can be tailor made to suit individual requests.

From the moment you have booked, the Valet d’ Anniviers team will contact you directly to ascertain exactly what you require for your perfect holiday. They can organise transfers, rail tickets and taxi’s or provide detailed directions to get to the chalet.

A complimentary service is offered to our guests to order, collect and deliver their ski passes to the chalet so your ski holiday can start as soon as you arrive.

They will liaise with you in advance of your holiday to sort out all the little details to ensure that from your arrival in Switzerland everything runs like clockwork.

One of the Valet d’ Anniviers team will meet you on arrival, explain the chalet and provide up to date information about the resort ,skiing and any weekly events and activities.

Throughout your stay at Chalet Ceilidh they are available every day for any specific requests or to provide any further information you require.

Complimentary Concierge Services

  • Ski passes booked and delivered to the chalet for your arrival.
  • Ski hire, ski lessons, and ski guiding arranged.
  • Reservation of restaurants.
  • Transport arrangements.
  • Booking of child care and baby sitting.
  • Massage and beauty treatments organised.
  • Delivery of any catering ordered from the valet d’annivier menu.
  • Sourcing and delivering to the chalet any specific food and drink requirements (may incur a small additional charge)

Food and Drink

The chalet is rented on a self catering basis giving our guests the choice to cook one night of their stay or every night should they wish.

Alternatively our guests can choose from any of the valet d’annivier menu selections giving them complete flexibility and the choice to choose from any of the following options.

  • Self catering dining
  • Dining out in local restaurants
  • Dining in on valet d’anniviers two course suppers or four course dinners prepared and delivered to the chalet ready for heating and serving at your convenience.
  • Private chef for the evening

Dining In With Valet d’Anniviers.  ( Some Sample Selections)

Breakfast .

Freshly baked bread, croissants and pastries can be delivered to the chalet each morning for breakfast.

Afternoon Tea Options.

Tempting treats such as lemon drizzle cake, triple chocolate brownies, banana loaf or coconut and oat cookies waiting for you to enjoy with afternoon tea on your return to the chalet.

Evening Options.

‘Simple Suppers’

Simple but delicious two course suppers such as  Lasagne  which is accompanied with mixed leaves, french dressing and garlic bread with a Tarte au Citron for dessert or  Boeuf Bourguignon served with a potato and celeriac puree followed by an apple and sultana crumble or Rosti with lardons accompanied by mixed salad and  Tiramisu for dessert.

‘A La Carte’

Create your own four course dinners selected from the a la carte menu.

Children and Vegetarian Menus are also available and any special occasion can be catered for, even a private chef can be arranged for the evening.

Please note that the organisation of some concierge services may incur a small arrangement fee and the cost of any goods, food and drink, transport and transfers, massage, beauty treatments and child care or any sports activities, ski lessons, equipment or ski passes are not included in the price of the chalet rental.
